Self care is Self love
Join me for a personalized approach to balancing and healing the body mind and spirit. I will introduce you to an ancient and time honored method that is simple, but brings radical change and balance to your life. Routine helps establish this balance and also regulates our biological clock, aids digestion and assimilation and generates positive self-esteem, discipline, peace and happiness.
Dedicating a time each morning is a form of radical self care. I will share my personal journey with this type of work.
This workshop will be a combination of discussion and learning sessions where we will assess our individual “constitution” (we are all made of of three primary types, but one is pre-dominant) and what morning movement, breath and meditation practices work best. This will guide our needs for health in a personalized way. We will also explore a morning routine that sets the body in motion for the day, how to give a self massage, use of oils to support our imbalance, eating schedules and food choices that best support you individually, and the role of a movement and meditation practice.
You will leave with a wealth of knowledge and some goodies to help you get started on your new self-care practice!
